Nakheel Community Management (NCM) partnered with Emirates Dubai 7s as presenting partner for the second year running to support the biggest sports and entertainment festival in the Middle East. Taking place at The Sevens Stadium, Dubai, Nakheel sponsored the Emirates Dubai 7s Netball tournament which saw 85 top-class netball teams competing on the four courts of the Sevens Stadium across the three days.

The Emirates Dubai 7s is a key event in Dubai’s sporting calendar and regularly attracts crowds of over 100,000 fans to The Sevens Stadium across the UAE National Day weekend. The netball matches were played across various divisions and international teams and fans enjoyed musical performances and fun activities like inflatable slides and arts and crafts in family friendly zones, as well as sporting masterclasses on ‘Family Friday’.

Nakheel has opened a dedicated netball facility in Jumeirah Village Circle, as part of NCM’s commitment to promote an active and healthy lifestyle to Dubai’s residents and visitors.
