Nakheel community management breaks ground for six netball courts in Jumeirah Village Circle

Nakheel Community Management (NCM), has announced a three-year sponsorship of the UAE Netball Federation, the national governing body of netball within the Emirates, as part of its commitment to promoting health, fitness and wellbeing for the citizens, residents and visitors of Dubai, as well as NCM’s aim to become the home of netball in the UAE.

Nakheel Community Management (NCM) won the Gold award for the Best Community Management Company of the year, at the prestigious International Real Estate Community Management Summit (IRECMS) 2023.

Nakheel Community Management (NCM) partnered with Emirates Dubai 7s as presenting partner for the second year running to support the biggest sports and entertainment festival in the Middle East. Taking place at The Sevens Stadium, Dubai, Nakheel sponsored the Emirates Dubai 7s Netball tournament which saw 85 top-class netball teams competing on the four courts of the Sevens Stadium across the three days.

LiveWell with Nakheel held another health-focused talks at the Crystal Dome in Nakheel Mall, focused on the importance of hormones on human health. The free event drew a large audience, curious to learn more about how hormones contribute to our overall health and wellbeing.

Nakheel Community Management was awarded the international WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management for 365 buildings by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement, and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment. Nakheel Community Management was the first management company to be awarded the WELL Health & Safety certification.

LiveWell with Nakheel hosted its latest community health & wellness event at Sal’s Bistro, Jumeirah Islands Pavilion, where Clinical Health Psychologist Dr. Melanie Schlatter and LiveWell Founder Irina Sharma spoke on taking a proactive stance to improve, maintain and nurture our mind health, to ensure that we live healthy, productive, and meaningful lives.

The winners were announced after a thorough evaluation by a 12-member jury comprising leading experts from four key sectors: facilities management, property management, community management, and proptech.
