Nakheel’s integrated, customer-centric community management arm, Nakheel Community Management (NCM) won the top honour at the 2023 International Business Excellence Awards (IBXA) which recognises top business leaders and organisations for cutting-edge practices and commitment to operational excellence and adherence to high-quality standards.

NCM won gold for Best Business Change and/or Transformation in the Business & Innovation category, in recognition of its efforts in spearheading superior business transformation strategies through investments in its people, culture, and values.
