Nakheel Community Management (NCM) won gold in two categories at the International Real Estate Community Management Summit (IRECMS) 2022 awards ceremony in the ‘Best Community Management Company of the Year’ and ‘Happiest Residential Community of the Year’ categories.

NCM won the Best Community Management Company of the Year title for its track record of personalised service to customers through constant improvements in operational efficiency, process innovation, employee commitment, and customer delight. IRECMS named Masakin Al Furjan the ‘Happiest Residential Community of the Year’, where NCM provided residents with a variety of activities and facilities to foster an all-inclusive, happy, and engaged community.

IRECMS Dubai Awards recognise UAE-based companies that are delivering outstanding results in the field of community management, facilities management, property management, and real estate in general. IRECMS is a platform that serves the dual purpose of introducing the profession of community management in countries where it is not yet practiced formally as well as enhancing this profession in countries where it is a legal requirement, and it is the only event of its kind in the world to be supported by seven international industry associations.
