Nakheel Community Management was named Community Management Company of the Year by the Smart Built Environment Awards (SBEA) 2022. The winners were announced after a thorough evaluation by a 12-member jury comprising leading experts from four key sectors: facilities management, property management, community management, and proptech.

Nakheel Community Management was also titled as the runner-up status for the ‘Customer Happiness Award, for its positive impact on its residents and the communities served. The criteria assessed the initiatives, campaigns, and overall changes that the companies made in the last year to bring about happiness in their communities.
